Do you offer payment plans?
We have teamed up with Afterpay and Zip who handle all of these payment options. We also accept all major credit cards. Our licensed install technicians also have the ability to take secure payments on site after the job is completed.
Can my cameras really act as a siren?
Yes. Our "Eyes" tier includes AcuSense technology. You can configure specific zones, like your driveway or porch, so that if a human or vehicle is detected after hours, the camera can trigger a built-in strobe light or siren to deter them before they reach your door.
What happens if my internet goes down?
Your alarm system, the "Ears", is designed to function locally. Even without internet, the internal and external sirens will still trigger if a breach is detected. For remote alerts, we can discuss 4G/5G backup options.
Do I need two different apps for the cameras and the alarm?
No. When you choose a "Full Shield" or integrated setup, everything is managed through one professional interface, Hik-Connect. You can arm your alarm and cameras, plus check your live camera feeds and playback in one place.
Can I start with "Eyes" and add "Ears" later?
Absolutely. Our systems are modular by design. Any security system installed is better than not having one installed at all. You choose what is best for you. CCTV now, alarm later, or vice versa.....the choice is yours.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most residential "Full Shield" installations are completed within a single day. We pride ourselves on First-Class Workmanship, meaning we leave your home exactly as we found it, just much more secure.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
We believe in ownership. Once your system is installed, you own the hardware and the app access with no mandatory ongoing monthly cloud fees.
